Fresno City (5-1-2) was able to withstand late-season surges by Clovis (4-1-3) and Taft (4-1-3) to capture the 2019 Central Valley Conference championship. Sequoias was fifth in the final standings at 2-6-0, followed by West Hills Lemoore in sixth with a 1-7-0 mark.

Champion Fresno City received the CVC's top seed into the playoffs at No. 2. Clovis joins Fresno in the postseason, earning the No. 12 seed.

No. 3 Fresno City is the top-ranked CVC team in the most recent (Nov. 5) CCCSIA State Rankings with Clovis checking in at No. 13. In the latest United Soccer Coaches Junior College Division III National Poll (Oct. 29), FCC is No. 8, followed by Clovis at No. 14.
