The Wolverines go 3-1 on a long and amazing road trip to the Cabrillo College Tournament and the College of the Sequoia's Big8/CVC Challenge. After dropping a match to Feather River, the Wolverines rebounded with three wins against three ranked programs from 2022, Cabrillo, College of the Sequoias, and Fresno City College. Each win was an absolute team effort and the athletes are supporting each other in their roles in wonderful ways. The squad had notable performances by both freshman outside hitters, Paige Skinner and Taylor Stolz. Combined the duo tallied 113 kills in 4 matches for a .325 clip. Freshman setter, Jordyn Deter, walked away from the week tallying 27 kills, 93 assists, and 9 service aces. The Wolverines have another tough travel week, they head to San Mateo Tuesday then the Delta College Tournament Thursday and Saturday.
