Daniels, a freshman out of Kerman High School, was named the 2024 Central Valley Conference Pitcher of the Year after going undefeated on the mound for Fresno City in conference play.

Over 8 starts, Daniels went a perfect 7-0 in CVC action with a 1.72 earned runs average. He struck out 44 batters over 47 innings and walked just 10 in helping lead the Rams to the conference championship.

For the season, Daniels compiled a 10-2 overall record with 78 strikeouts and a 2.44 ERA over 14 starts.
