Madera Community College welcomes Mark Unzueta as the new Men's and Women's Cross Country Coach.

Mark has been a part of the Madera community as a teacher and coach at Matilda Torres High School. He is a valley native who was born and raised in Lemoore, California. He attended Fresno State and earned his master's degree in Kinesiology 2007. Mark was the director of Cross Country for 11-years at West Hills College Lemoore and has been coaching Track and Field at Fresno City College since 2005.

Mark is excited to be Madera College's first Men's and Women's Cross-Country coach and is looking forward to recruiting some of the valley's top runners from Madera and the surrounding areas.
