Men's Basketball Results Against #4 Columbia

The Reedley College Tiger men's basketball team stayed with the state's fourth ranked squad in the first half twice in three days but fell short in the second half. Coach TJ Jennings's Tigers fell to 0-9 in conference play and 4-19 overall after Monday's 65-53 loss to Columbia after an 81-58 loss to the Claim Jumpers on Saturday in Sonora. In Monday's loss, Juelz Fox, Dwayne Howell and Makhi Turner all had 10 points to lead Reedley.

On Feb. 2, the Tigers nearly came back from an eight point halftime deficit before falling to West Hills Coalinga 83-79 at home. Howell had 26 points in the losing cause while Fox hit five threes and finished with 21.

The Tigers are at Merced on Saturday before hosting College of the Sequoias on Monday.
