REGIONAL BRACKET

The championship tradition continues at Fresno City College without its coaching legend.

After the retirement of long-time head coach Ron Scott, Mitch Karraker continued right where he left off by leading the Rams to an 18-6 record and the 2023 Central Valley Conference championship.

It was Karraker's first conference title and Fresno City's 25th over the past 34 seasons.

FCC edged Merced and Reedley by one game as they ended tied for second place at 17-7. College of the Sequoias followed in fourth at 16-8. | FINAL STANDINGS

Those four squads all qualified for the upcoming Northern California Regional Playoffs, set for May 5-6.

CVC champion Fresno City earned the conference's top seed at No. 6. The Rams will host No. 19 Diablo Valley College in a best-of-three-game series.
